InscriptionSource
The inscription was described by Ch. Saumagne in 1934-1935. No reproduction of it has been made, it is probably still in place. It is a marble slab 35 x 25 cm.Discussion
Faustinianus was the name one of the companions of *Mammarius (S02817), but there is no other evidence of his cult, especially alone.
Faustinianus of the inscription may be a Roman martyr mentioned in Martyrologium Hieronymianum under 9 August (E04914). He can also be a local saint unknown from other sources.Bibliography
