Greek version of the Martyrdom of Badimos (BHG 210)

We have not examined this text, nor compared it to stories of the martyrdom in other languages. It is believed to be based on a Martyrdom originally written in Syriac (for which see $E04149).

Note that translations of hagiographical literature into other ancient languages are not as a rule recorded in the Cult of Saints database, unless there is evidence to suggest that the translation dates from the 7th century or earlier.
