In lines 30–31 of this document from Memnoneia (Jeme), a subdeacon of an instituion dedicated to saint Psate is mentioned as a witness:
Παῦλος Ἰσακίου ὑποδιάκ(ονος) τῶ ἁγίου ἄπα Ψάτε μαρ-
τυρῶ τῷ γραμματίῳ ἀκούσας παρὰ τῆς θεμένης.
'I, Paul, son of Isaac, subdeacon of St Apa Psate, witness the agreement at the request of the maker.'
