In this document, ten measures of wine are ordered to be delivered to saint Theonas.

Lines 2–4 read as follows:

παράσχου τῶ̣ι̣ ἁγί(ῳ) Θεωνᾷ (ὑπὲρ) προσφωρᾶς ἐ̣π̣ὶ ἕκτης ἰνδ(ικτίονος) οἴνου διπλ(ᾶ) δ[έ]κα

'Deliver to saint Theonas for offerings in the sixth indiction year, ten double-jars of wine.'
