In this document expenditures for meat intended for various saints' feasts are listed, among them are the feast of Stephen, of saint Apa Biktor, and of saint Apa Phoibammon still preserved.

Lines 1–7 of the document read as follows:

λό(γος) των κρέ[ω]ς·
ἐν τῇ ἑορτῇ τοῦ πρωτομ̣(άρτυρος) κρ(έως) λι(τρῶν) γ (τάλαντα) υπ
  ̣ισ  ̣  ̣  ̣ην κ̣ρ(έως) τῆς (αὐτῆς) ἑορτ(ῆς) λι(τρῶν) δ (τάλαντα) χη
ε̣ἰ̣[ς] τ̣ὴν ἑορτ(ὴν) τοῦ ἁγί(ου) Ἄπα Βίκτορ(ος) εἰς λόγ(ον) ἡμ̣ῶ̣[ν]
καὶ τῶν παίδ(ων) vac. ? λι(τρῶν) ε 𐅵 (τάλαντα) ωπ
  ̣ε̣  ̣ν̣ εἰς λόγ(ον) ἡμῶν ἀπελθ(όντων) εἰς τὰ τοῦ ἁγί(ου)
Ἄ̣[π]α̣ Φοιβ[(άμμωνος) ἐν τ]ῇ̣ ἑ̣ορτῇ τοῦ πρωτ(ομάρτυρος) λι(τρῶν) β (τάλαντα) τκ

'List of meat:
on the feast of the First Martyr, 3 pounds of meat, 480 talents;
… of meat of the same feast, 4 pounds of meat, 608 talents;
on the feast of saint Apa Biktor, for the account of us and of the children, 5 1/2 pounds, 880 talents
... for account of account of us, who went to the place(?) of saint Apa Phoibammon on the feast of the First Martyr, 2 pounds, 320 talents.'
