Line 7 of this letter addressed to a man referred to as master Eulogios Sebianos reads as follows:

  ̣  ̣  ̣δωμεν μὴ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τοῦ ἁγίου Παμουθίου οὐ σφάξομεν.

'… on the day of saint Pamouthios we will not slaughter …'
