In this document, a man with ties to Jeme is donating his portion of inherited land which he owns jointly with his brother to the topos of Apa Phoibammon.

Lines 8–10 read as follows:

ⲉⲓⲧⲱⲣⲓⲍⲉ ⲙⲡⲁⲙ[ⲉⲣⲟⲥ] ⲉϩⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲡⲧⲟⲡⲟ[ⲥ ⲛⲁⲡ]ⲁ ⲫ[ⲟⲓⲃ]ⲁⲙ[ⲱⲛ] ⲉⲧⲉ ⲡⲁⲓ ⲡⲉ ⲧⲉϥⲡⲏϣⲉ

'… I am donating my share to the topos of Apa Phoibammon, which is its half …'
