Inspiratione igitur pietatis ingenitae, in ipso, ut diximus, Lauconnensi monasterio paternum filioli corpusculum condiderunt, ut quia iam germanus ipsius orationis locum inlustrabat ad Balmam, sanctus quoque Eugendus Condatescensem inlustraturus quandoque erat, interius hic interim Lauconnense monasterium uirtutibus instrueret, inbueret exemplis, ornaret patrociniis, orationibus iugiter adiuuaret.
'Drawing inspiration from his natural devotion (which I have spoken of), his dear sons buried their father's corpse at the monastery of Lauconnus. Since his brother [Romanus] already honored the place of prayer at Balma, and Saint Eugendus would one day honor Condadisco, Lupicinus would for the time being furnish the monastery of Lauconnus with his powers, imbue it with his example, adorn it with his patronage, and aid it continuously with his prayers.'
