E04518: Greek list of churches from Arsinoe (Fayum) including a church of *Dorotheos (possibly the Arian bishop of Antioch and Constantinople, ob. c. 407, S00717, or the martyr of Nicomedia, S00242) and a church of *Mary (Mother of Christ, S00033); datable to the 6th/7th century.

Only three churches dedicated to saints are preserved on this fragmentary papyrus document, the saint's name for the last church is lost:
