Only a very small fragment of this former papyrus document is preserved, seemingly advising a congregation to observe the feast of a particular saint.

Line 2 reads as follows:

…. ⲣ]ⲟ̣ⲓⲥ ⲛⲡϣⲁ ⲛⲫⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ ⲁⲡⲁ […..

‘… keep the feast of saint Apa […’
