The document is an arbitration in a family dispute concerning an inheritance. The church of Mark the Evangelist at the city of Antinoopolis is mentioned as a place where collected rent money for houses was counted.

Lines 165–166 read as follows:

ἐν τῷ πανσέπτῳ οἴκῳ
τοῦ ἁγίου εὐαγγελίστου τῆς πόλεως ταύτης Ἄπα Μάρκο(υ)

'… in the all holy house of Apa Markos, the holy Evangelist of this city.'
