Column 1, line 8 of the document lists a taxpayer most likely belonging to the church or monastery of saint Pinoution:
δ(ιὰ) …].λ( ) Φιλοθ(έου) τοῦ ἁγίου Πινουτ(ίωνος) νο(μίσματος) γ´
‘[Through …], son of Philotheos, of saint Pinoution: 1/3 solidus.’
Column 1, line 20 of the verso lists the presbyter David of a church or monastery of saint Phoibammon:
δ(ιὰ) Δ]αυιδ πρε(σβυτέρου) τοῦ ἁγίου Φο[ιβ(άμμωνος)] νο(μίσματος) γ´
‘[Through] David, presbyter of saint Phoibammon: 1/3 solidus.’
