In Line 15 of this very fragmentary document a monastery of Senouthios/Shenoute is mentioned:

δ(ιὰ) (τοῦ) μον(αστηρίου) Ἁγίου Σενο[υ]θ(ίου) Πανὸ(ς) π(αγαρχίας)

In Line 16 workers of an area dedicated to John are mentioned:

αὐτουργ(οὶ) Τεπυθέ(ως) Ἁγίου Ἰωάννου
