This fragmentary papyrus letter asks for prayers to invoke the blessing of the saint.
Lines 2–4 read as follows:
ⲁⲣⲓ ⲡⲉⲛⲙⲉⲉⲩ]ⲉ̣ [ϩ]ⲛ ⲛⲉⲧⲛⲉϣⲗⲏⲗ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲁⲁⲃ
[ⲧⲁⲣⲉ ⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧ]ⲉ ⲡⲡⲁⲛⲧⲟⲕ[ⲣⲁⲧⲱⲣ] ⲙⲛ ⲫⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ ⲁⲡⲁ ⲁⲡⲟⲗⲗⲱ ⲧⲛⲟⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲛⲟϭ
[ⲛⲥⲙⲟⲩ ϫⲓⲛⲧ]ⲡⲉ
‘Remember us (?)] in your holy prayers, [so that God,] the Almighty and saint Apa Apollo might send
