Elisabeth, a local woman from Jeme, bequeaths all her property to her second husband Abraham. One of the witnesses signing this document is a priest at the church of Kyriakos.

Lines 103–104 read as follows:

⳨ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲍⲁⲭⲁⲣⲓⲁⲥ ⲡⲉⲗⲁⲭ(ⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ) ⲙⲡⲣⲉⲥⲃ(ⲩⲧⲉⲣⲟⲥ) ⲙⲡϩⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ ⲕⲩⲣⲓⲁⲕⲟⲥ ⲛϫⲏⲙⲉ ϯⲱ ⲙⲙⲛⲧⲣⲉ ⲡⲣⲟⲥ ⲧⲁⲓⲧⲉⲥⲓⲥ ⲛⲉⲗⲉⲥⲁⲃⲏⲕ +
