In this document two women, aunt and niece agree over the terms on how to share a house they jointly inherited from their father/grandfather. Among the many witnesses to this agreement appears a priest of of an institution dedicated to Apa Patermouthios.

Lines 96–97 read as follows:

⳨ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲕⲟⲙⲉⲥ ⲡⲓⲉⲗⲁⲭ(ⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ) ⲙⲡⲣⲉⲥⲃⲩ(ⲧⲉⲣⲟⲥ) ⲙⲡϩⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ ⲁⲡⲁ ⲡⲁⲧ(ⲉ)ⲣⲙ(ⲟⲩ)ⲑ(ⲓⲟⲥ) ⲙⲡⲕⲁⲥⲧⲣⲟⲛ ϫⲏⲙⲉ ϯⲱ ⲙⲙⲛⲧⲣⲉ +

'I, Komes, the least presbyter of saint Apa Patermouthios at castron Jeme, I act as a witness.'
