In this document inhabitants from the castron Jeme, the children of a man named Psate, make an agreement with other inhabitants of the same town, the children of Germanos, over land property that the children of Psate had previously sold to Germanos, but later demanded back.
The property in question is described as being located east of the topos of saint Apa Patermoute in lines 11–13:
ⲁⲛⲧⲓ ⲡⲕⲁϩ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲏⲧⲛ ⲡⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲙⲡⲉⲓⲉⲃⲧ ⲙⲡⲧⲟⲡ[ⲟⲥ ⲉⲧⲟ]ⲩⲁⲁⲃ ⲙⲡϩⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ ⲁⲡⲁ ⲡⲁⲧⲉⲣⲙⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲙⲡⲕⲁⲥⲧⲣⲟⲛ ⲛϫⲏⲙⲉ
'… we sold you the entire land property, this one which is in the East of the holy topos of saint Apa Patermoute in the castron Jeme.'
and again in line 37:
ⲡⲉⲓⲙⲛⲧ ⲡⲧⲟⲡⲟⲥ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲁⲁⲃ ⲙⲡϩⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ ⲁⲡⲁ ⲡⲁⲧⲉⲣⲙⲟⲩⲧⲉ
