This short note does not make it clear whether the payment is intended for the presbyter personally, or as a donation to the saint's martyr shrine.
The text runs as follows:
εἰς τὸ ἔλαιον τοῦ ἀποτακτῆρ(ος(?)) Ἀνιανός πρ(εσβυτέρου) μαρτυρ(ίου) Ἄπα Ἰούστου
'For the oil of … Anianos, presbyter of the martyr shrine (martyrion) of Apa Ioustos.'
