E00303: Eusebius' Martyrs of Palestine includes the story of the martyrdom of *Paulos (martyr of Palestine, S00164). Written in 311 in Caesarea (Palestine); written in Greek, but parts of the text survive only in Syriac.

Summary:
Soon after the execution of *Ennatha from Gaza and *Oualentina from Caesarea (S00162, S00163), a confessor named Paulos was brought into the court. He was sentenced to death by the sword. Before the execution, he asked for a brief respite in order to pray, and was granted his request. According to Eusebius, he was beheaded on July 25 309.
